We give Monday and Tuesday off and closed most holidays.  Only looking for good attitudes and team players to join our team that have a knowledge or willing to learn every station in the kitchen. Must be able to work under pressure in a high stress environment, be organized and keep a sanitary station as well as monitoring ticket times and food quality. Positive environment where we like to promote from within. All cooks are responsible for preparing and plating fresh, delicious food that looks great.
