Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and repair all mechanical equipment for our Arbys, Taco Bell, Long John Silvers and any other Brand that we may operate.
  • Coordinate work flow that needs to be done on a weekly, monthly basis as scheduled and work, that may need outside assistance from Approved vendors.
  • Maintain and audit the documentation on work performed.
  • Keep accurate testing and maintenance records of all equipment for each location.
  • Perform all proactive preventive maintenance as scheduled and consistent with franchise brand standards.
  • Identify conditions needing major repair and recommend corrective action to the owner.
  • Coordinate work and materials with vendors or contract service personnel.
  • Ensure all seasonal equipment is maintained in a proactive manner.
  • Be proactive for each season and list each store's outside maintenance tasks to be completed before the start of the new season.
  • Work with staff to perform all maintenance, on grounds and building. Accurately plan budgets, capital expenses and projects.
  • Schedule and assign time frames to complete duties in carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, heating / ventilating and roofing.
  • Inspect buildings, sites and equipment for needed repair and maintenance work.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required; troubleshoot issues to determine cause and solution.
  • Assist with construction project management for new construction.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license.
  • Computer skills, able to use PDF, Excel spreadsheets.
  • Repair experience for small restaurant equipment, i.e. Toasters, Grills, Frymaster Fryers, Refrigeration, lighting, rewiring outlets and Preventive Maintenance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a maintenance team.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and climb ladders.
  • Available for ON CALL duty on nights and weekends to address emergencies.
  • Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • HVAC certified
