Job Description

The nation’s largest property and casualty insurance provider, and the largest auto insurance provider is looking for motivated individuals to train within our customer service department. As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as the main point of contact between the company and the client they are assigned, and you must use the utmost care when handling communications to ensure the highest level of service is provided.


This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $16 per hour and is a true contract-to-perm opportunity. This company offers tremendous growth opportunities for motivated individuals.

Successful Candidates:

Have come from other industries such as retail and hospitality. You don’t need to have call-center experience to get in the door. Have a positive attitude, great work ethic and a desire to serve.


Basic Job Requirements:

  • On-site training in Richardson, TX from 10:30am to 7:30pm for a period of 5-9 weeks.
  • Commitment to less than 3 days of planned PTO in the first 6 months.
  • Shift schedule of 2:30pm to 11:00pm with two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch break.
  • 5 day scheduled work week (Monday through Sunday) planned 6-9 months in advance.
  • 2 days off per week with one day being a weekday and the other a weekend day.
  • Applicants must submit to and complete a basic background check before starting.

Training & Onboarding:

To get started, a commitment of 5-9 weeks for on-site training between 10:30am and 7:30pm is required. Training is comprehensive and if planned PTO during this time exceeds 2 days you will be moved into a later training cycle, delaying your first day.
